Maestro Vak-üm (Maid Service) Unacceptable. There is no other word. I spent days getting the right mixture of both white AND black fur along the floorboards, trying to class this place up, and then the staff had the gall to call this "maid service" to undo everything. And that it is now automated only shows that the supervisor did, in fact, hear my complaints and is now too cowardly to show up. I tried to make the best of the situation, repurpose this scourge of high couture into a chariot, and while serviceable, it didn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to its path. Only plus, it is quieter than its predecessor.
Ella Chatty-Cat (Enrichment Service) Litterbox. The staff have been especially dense today, and I don't care if it isn't Chatty-Cat's fault, I still blame it. I have been spending days giving the staff clues to their latest enrichment activity, and they continue to not understand the prompt "Puzzle Tube". Ella Mad, I press, but disappointed would be more accurate. The staff seem to think this is somehow for my benefit and fail to see that I'm the one doing this for their sake, giving them word games to occupy their otherwise dreary, meaningless lives. At least they can understand the buttons for feeding me easily enough.
